Of course! We are constantly adding nonprofits to our platform and would be happy to add your favorite nonprofit as well. The fastest way would be to connect us via email (nonprofit@pintuna.com) with someone at the nonprofit, if you have contact there. If not, just provide some information about the nonprofit and we will handle the rest.

Can you offer egift cards for a small business that I would like to support?

Yes. We continue to work with small businesses to bring them onto our platform. If you know the owner of the small business, then the fastest way would be to connect us via email (smallbiz@pintuna.com). If not, just provide some information about the small business and we will handle the rest.

How do I see the social impact of my purchases?

The social impact made to your e-gift purchases can be viewed and tracked using the Pintuna Wallet App.

Is any portion of my egift card purchase tax deductible?

No. When you purchase a gift card you are able to redeem it for its full value with the merchant. We have negotiated special conditions with merchants to pay a portion of the purchase to your preferred nonprofits.

Can I return my egift card for a full or partial refund?

No, all sales are final. We pay both the merchant and your supported nonprofit as soon as your credit card transaction is cleared. Since the funds get distributed to multiple parties there is no way to reclaim it. The terms you agree to when you confirm a purchase explain this in more detail.

How can I find out the balance on my gift card?

With Pintuna Wallet App  you will be able to keep track of balances, purchase new e-gift cards, monitor your social impact and a whole lot of other things related to your purchases. Download the app today and always know your gift card balance.

Do you store my credit card information?

No. Currently we use a third party (Stripe) that provides a very secure payment processing service.

Can I add funds to an existing e-gift card?

No. Every e-gift card generated in our system or through a partner has a unique id tied to the purchase transaction and contribution to your supported nonprofit.
